i found the pool area overlooking the sea quite beautiful. it was one of the best i've seen in a long time. the food was fantastic. the coffee and cocktails were well priced.
i noticed the restaurant was closed earlier than advertised. the website stated it was open until 10pm. however, it was closed at 20:50. i found the staff unhelpful when i reported an issue.

the hotel location near terminal 21 mall proves excellent and places it within the tour pick-up zone. i must thank all of the staff, with special recognition to bua, for the support provided and the comfortable stay i experienced. the breakfast had a wide selection of items available each morning. the beds provided me with some of the best sleeps i had during the whole holiday without extra noises.
i noticed that the coffee quality could be improved within the breakfast offerings. this is a very minor suggestion, as everything else was superb.

the hotel staff is courteous and willing to help with ANYTHING the shuttle leaves every half hour to the terminal 21 mall i found it very convenient
the restaurant was supposed to be open until 10pm I went there at 8 50pm only to find it closed this was a disappointment because i was looking forward to trying something from their menu i feel like they should update the website.

The breakfast buffet included a decent variety of options. Nothing lovely, but acceptable.
The room's air conditioning was stuck on one temperature. I froze all night, even after turning it off. the thermostat adjustments seemed purely decorative. A rather chilly experience, really.

The breakfast provided a wonderful selection of dishes from around the world. The hotel fitness center is well equipped, a good surprise. The convenient shuttle leaves regularly for Terminal 21 mall.
The beach near the hotel has many rocks. Swimming directly there is not easy

the pool area was spacious enough and the beach was just outside of the pool area.
The beach was not suitable for swimming, as it was rocky. the rooms cleaning was subpar. The floor had dust and hair on it. the towels had spots on them despite i complained.
